Current operational status

AIProvider is a live operational preview while commercial-readiness work continues. The Telegram automation does not receive visitor names, email addresses or browsing activity.

Information you provide

When you suggest a provider, we store the submitted URL, its hostname, submission time, review status and a limited user-agent string. We do not require your name or email.

Abuse prevention

To limit automated abuse, the submission service creates a daily SHA-256 hash from the request IP address. The original IP address is not stored by the application.

Local storage

Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser. Local file previews may also store pending test submissions on that device.

Provider and news links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices.

Advertising and consent

No advertising network or optional analytics service is active. Analytics will remain disabled unless the privacy notice and any required consent controls are updated first. Personalized ads will not be served and non-essential cookies will not be set without the required review and controls.

Retention

Pending suggestions are retained until review. Rejected suggestions are retained for up to 90 days after review and then deleted through an audited retention workflow. Approved suggestions may be retained to support catalog integrity and the review audit trail.
